General English

- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 17 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 8 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 1 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 2 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100.00 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You have the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and get a refund. The institution, for all students, without penalty or obligation, shall refund 100 percent of the amount paid for institutional charges, less a reasonable deposit or application fee not to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250), if the notice of cancellation is made prior to or on the first day of instruction or the seventh day after enrollment whichever is later.
